Shrine a few minutes form my house.  Ballpoint sketch done this afternoon.

really fun to draw, and I was generally happy with the amount of detail I was able to render, hopefully without becoming too technical or distracting.

thoughts and critiques welcome!

zom 3 pencils

Some quick shots of a few pages I penciled for Zom this week. Issue 3 should be finished around new years.

If you haven’t checked it out (or if it’s been a long time)
take a look at Comic Coma Publishing (small publisher anthony and I started) and you can also buy copies of Zom 1, 2 and our first run of Comic Coma the Anthology at Indy Planet. (very reasonably priced I might add)

Friends and Foes!

Here’s a great opportunity to win a free personalized copy of a great book.

Check out Ben Hatke’s Zita the Spacegirl!  If you comment on his post this week, you’re entered to win!

The art is fantastic and the story looks just as good.  Watch this fantastic trailer for a sneak peek!

Goodluck, and may the best man win!

(or maybe should I say the poorest man win, cause I’m gonna buy it if I don’t walk away ultimate champion anyhow)
